About the product
In the construction of especially critical structures – skyscrapers, bridges over major rivers, hydroelectric dams, foundations for industrial giants – the standard 20 mm diameter is sometimes insufficient according to design calculations. The next step up is 22 mm rebar. This is no longer just construction bar but a high-strength product that performs under extreme loads. Our plant is ready to offer 22 mm bars of classes A500C and A400 on special order. You can buy 22 mm rebar wholesale at direct manufacturer prices.
Where 22 mm reinforcing bar is used
The 22 mm diameter is a niche but highly sought-after size in heavy and unique construction:
- foundations for skyscrapers and high-rise landmarks (30+ stories);
- bridge trusses, spans and piers subject to high dynamic loads;
- hydraulic structures (dams, locks, quay walls);
- columns and stiffening cores in buildings at seismic risk;
- industrial facilities with heavy crane equipment;
- special precast concrete products (pile columns, extra-high-strength power line towers).
Why it pays to buy from the manufacturer
To get 22 mm rebar at a reasonable price (this diameter is rarely stocked by retail warehouses), going directly to the plant is the only right decision:
- made to order – we roll 22 mm bar to your specification;
- full quality control – tensile and bend testing;
- flexible prices – no trader or reseller markups;
- cutting to size – any lengths according to your project;
- delivery to the site by special vehicles.
How the price of 22 mm rebar is formed
The 22 mm diameter costs more than the common 12–20 mm sizes because it is less widespread and more complex to roll. However, for wholesale orders (from 1 ton) we offer a competitive price. For calculation: one linear meter weighs 2.986 kg. Knowing the weight of 1 meter of 22 mm rebar, you can easily calculate the cost of the entire volume.
How to order rebar wholesale
Since 22 mm is not a standard stock size, orders are placed on the basis of a preliminary request:
- Contact our managers (by phone or via a request on the website).
- Specify the diameter (22 mm), steel class (A500C or A400), total length/tonnage and the required bar length.
- Receive a quote and production lead times.
- Sign the contract and make an advance payment.
- After rolling – shipment from the warehouse or delivery to the site.

The theoretical weight of one meter of 22 mm bar is 2.986 kg (practically 3 kg). The actual weight may vary slightly within the tolerances of GOST or TU (technical specifications). This is heavy bar: 1 meter of 22 mm rebar is almost 1.5 times heavier than 20 mm rebar.
