About the product
GOST 16523-89
Smooth.
Hot-rolled steel sheets are a very popular type of ferrous rolled metal whose role in modern manufacturing cannot be underestimated, as these products are used in a huge number of sectors and industries.
Their advantages include high ductility, elasticity, bending and tensile strength, good machinability and weldability, and a relatively low production cost.
This is the most economical steel sheet, suitable for a wide range of applications.
Hot-rolled sheet is used for steel structures, supports, platforms and elements where strength and cost-efficiency come first. The feedstock is hot-rolled steel with guaranteed mechanical properties.
Cold-rolled sheet is chosen for products with higher requirements for geometry and surface quality: housings, casings, and parts that will later be painted or galvanized. It is made from cold-rolled steel with tight thickness tolerances.
Popular applications include:
Automotive, construction, instrument making, agriculture, household goods, power engineering.
If you need sheet products for further slitting or roll forming, we can offer hot-rolled strip or cold-rolled strip of the required width.
To optimize material consumption, we can provide sheet cutting to customer dimensions on guillotine shears. This reduces waste at your production site and speeds up project launch.
Sheets up to 12 m long can be produced.
GOST 8568-77
Hot-rolled checkered steel sheet has specially formed raised patterns on its surface in the shape of diamonds or lentils arranged perpendicular to each other.
This material is used in construction and manufacturing to make anti-slip floor coverings, stair treads, decking, spans, railings and roofing; in the assembly of load-bearing structures and reinforcing elements; and in agriculture for the production of containers.
PVL 406
Expanded metal sheets, or PVL, are sheets with pressed-out cells of uniform size. The manufacturing technology significantly reduces raw material consumption. At the same time, finished PVL products retain mechanical properties comparable to those of solid elements.

Hot-rolled sheet is steel sheet produced by rolling at high temperatures; it has a matte, rough surface and is usually thicker.
